We’re looking for a Creative Duo - fluent in both French and English (intern level) to join Back Market's in-house Studio team !
During this internship, you will contribute to the conception of communication campaigns, primarily focused on paid social.

This internship offers an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in the field, develop valuable skills, and gain insight into the world of an in-house Creative Studio.

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🥇

  • Get hands-on with paid social production, respecting Back Market design guidelines and tone of voice: creations, variations, formats and refreshing existing assets.

  • Find the best visual ideas and hooks: punchy headlines, converting messages, CTAs and visuals that make people want to click.

  • Adapt content to each platform: Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snap ; ratios, codes and specs included.

  • Build and evolve a library of creative templates: static, video, reusable structures.

  • Monitor creative trends, competitor ads and new paid formats.

  • Manage day-to-day creative organisation: simple scripts, naming conventions, clean exports.

  • Refine creatives based on data insights, in collaboration with the Creative Director.

YOU’RE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: ⭐

  • You are looking for a 6-month internship for a gap year or end of studies from July to December 2026

  • Both: You are creative and proud of your weirdness.

  • Both: You are fluent in French and didn't need a translator to read this job posting / you are able to present and defend your ideas in English.

  • Art Director Intern: You are comfortable with the Adobe suite + Figma

  • Copywriter Intern: You canne writte without makiiing mistake ; and have a feel for Back Market's sense of humor.

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in graphic design, marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.

  • A strong desire to learn and gain hands-on experience in advertising.

  • Great organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with team members and express ideas clearly.

ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP: ℹ️

  • Starting date: July 2026

  • Duration: 6 months (July-December 2026)

  • Schedule: Full-time (35H/week)

  • Location: Paris, France

  • Contract: Internship agreement from your French school required
