We are now looking for a passionate and dynamic B2B Field Marketing Manager to join our global Adaptive team.
You will own and drive our field marketing engine globally. Events and webinars are a core pillar of our marketing strategy — they are how we educate the market, build trust with technical decision-makers, and generate high-quality pipelines. You will manage the full lifecycle of owned event formats, third-party sponsorships, and virtual programs (webinars, AMAs, roundtables), leveraging digital tools and AI to ensure every touchpoint delivers measurable business impact.

YOU ARE:
- A Dynamic B2B FIELD MARKETING MANAGER with great communication skills

AS A B2B FIELD MARKETING MANAGER YOU WILL:
- Lead all 3rd party and owned event formats incl. planning, execution and reporting across NA, EMEA and APAC.
- Research new, relevant industry events to participate in, implement creative ideas to boost event ROI, and establish clear follow-up processes to establish events as a core pillar of the Marketing strategy.
- Plan & execute online events, including webinars, AMAs and other digital formats with focus on user engagement and market education.
- Run and optimize Email Marketing & Nurture campaigns incl. messaging, testing & analysis.
- Create visual assets to support event & webinar efforts.
- Leverage digital channels and AI to amplify event and webinar impact.
- Vendor and supplier management.
- Support Marketing operations & analytics efforts, e.g., data management & integrations, ROI reporting, campaign management etc.
- Oversee the production of promotional materials (Merchandise, Banners, Brochures etc.).
You have:
- Experience successfully running multiple online & offline event formats to drive awareness, market education, and sales leads globally.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and knowledge in running and optimizing email & nurture campaigns.
- Experience crafting compelling visual assets such as images, videos, and presentations to support event initiatives.
- Experience using digital channels (email, paid, landing pages) to drive event registrations and attendance.
- Comfort with AI tools for marketing — whether that's using AI for audience segmentation, content generation, campaign optimisation, or event follow up.
- Experience using Marketing Automation platforms, Hubspot preferred.
- Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

THE PROCESS:
Long interview processes are stressful and boring and that is not us. We'll have four stages to the interview process:
- First, you will chat with a member of our recruitment team.
- Then, you will chat with Paula, who leads NA Marketing. Beforehand, we will ask you to prepare a short exercise (don’t worry—we will explain everything when the time comes!).
- You will then meet AK, our Head of Marketing.
- Finally, if all goes well, you will have an informal conversation with our Local Director and potentially our CCO - this chat will be more for you to ask all the questions you might still have
But don’t worry; everything will be explained to you step by step by your recruiter.
