ABOUT THE JOB

We’re looking for a Product Design Intern to work on projects shaping the future of retail experiences. This internship offers hands-on experience contributing to an end-to-end design and research project, from early exploration through execution. You’ll gain exposure to real-world design challenges and contribute to improving how teams and customers interact with our product.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Turn complex ideas and data into simple, intuitive user experiences
  • Help design thoughtful experiences across mobile (iOS/Android) and web
  • Contribute to and help evolve RADAR’s design system
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams
  • Support the design process from early concepts through final implementation
  • Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to uncover insights and opportunities
  • Learn how to improve user experiences through feedback, testing, and research

ABOUT YOU

Required:

  • Interest in product design or a related field
  • Foundational understanding of UX/UI principles
  • Ability to think critically and simplify complex problems
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn

Preferred:

  • Experience with design tools (e.g., Figma)
  • Ability to create basic prototypes
  • Interest in data visualization or dashboard design
  • Exposure to real-world projects (coursework, internships, or personal work)

At RADAR, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. The pay range for this position is $30 per hour. The pay range listed for this position is a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation at the time of posting.
