We're bringing together strong fundamentals with AI, automation, better data, and tighter alignment with sales. We’re investing in a model that’s more intelligent, more targeted, and built to drive real business outcomes.

This role sits within the Revenue Marketing team, where we translate strategy into pipeline. As Field Marketing & Events Manager, you’ll own how we show up in-market, creating high-impact, targeted programs that drive engagement with priority accounts and convert that engagement into real opportunities.

As Field Marketing & Events Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end field marketing calendar, from small, high-touch executive programs to large-scale industry events. You’ll operate as the connector between marketing and sales in-region, ensuring every program is targeted, intentional, and tied to pipeline outcomes.

You’ll partner closely with Account Executives, Sales leadership, and Revenue Marketing to identify priority accounts, drive attendance, and ensure strong follow-up. This role requires both creative program design and operational discipline, with a clear focus on measurable impact.

  • Drive Account Engagement: Partner with Sales to target the right accounts, secure attendance, and create high-quality meetings and interactions.

  • Turn Events into Pipeline: Ensure strong post-event follow-up, working with Account Executives to convert engagement into opportunities and accelerate active deals.

  • Measure What Matters: Track program performance, pipeline influence, and ROI, continuously optimizing for efficiency and impact.
  • ### WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
  • Field marketing calendar, including local events, dinners, roundtables, and roadshows

  • Execution of flagship events, sponsorships, and major industry trade shows

  • Partner and co-marketing events in collaboration with the Alliances team

  • Target account selection and alignment with Sales for each program

  • End-to-end event execution, including planning, logistics, and on-site management

  • Post-event follow-up processes in partnership with Account Executives and GTM Engineering

  • Program measurement, including pipeline attribution and ROI analysis

  • Budget management and cost optimization across field programs

  • ### WHO YOU ARE:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, events, or demand generation within SaaS or enterprise technology

  • Proven success executing events that drive pipeline and measurable business outcomes

  • Strong experience partnering with Sales teams to drive account engagement and follow-up

  • Ability to manage both small, high-touch programs and large-scale events

  • Experience with pipeline attribution, ROI measurement, and program optimization

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and executional excellence
