This opportunity is with our Operating Company Health-e Workforce Solutions

About Health-e Workforce Solutions

Health-e Workforce Solutions is an Australian-based healthcare technology and workforce solutions provider, supporting healthcare organisations to improve workforce capability, compliance, and operational outcomes. With a strong reputation in the market and a growing client base, Health-e partners with healthcare providers to deliver practical, technology-enabled solutions that address complex workforce challenges. As the business continues to scale, there is a significant opportunity to further strengthen its market presence and commercial capability.

The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Head of Growth to lead and own Health-e’s commercial function at a pivotal stage of growth.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will have accountability for revenue across sales, marketing and customer expansion. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will define strategy, build capability from the ground up, and deliver meaningful growth outcomes.

You’ll be stepping into a business with strong foundations and real market traction, with the mandate to scale what’s working and build the structure needed for the next phase.

This role is suited to a high-performing commercial leader who is motivated by ownership, impact, and the opportunity to grow into a broader executive position over time

What You’ll Do

  • Own revenue outcomes – Lead pipeline, conversion and forecasting, with clear accountability for growth performance
  • Define and execute commercial strategy – Shape go-to-market approach, market positioning and growth priorities
  • Lead enterprise sales – Drive complex, relationship-led deals with senior healthcare stakeholders
  • Build and scale capability – Establish repeatable sales and marketing processes, systems and playbooks
  • Strengthen market presence – Elevate brand and demand generation through targeted marketing and industry engagement
  • Develop strategic relationships – Build trusted partnerships with clients, partners and key stakeholders
  • Embed commercial discipline – Work across the organisation to uplift capability and align teams to growth objectives
  • Leverage data and insights – Use performance data and market feedback to inform decisions and optimise outcomes

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in a senior commercial leadership role (e.g. Head of Growth, Commercial Director, Sales Director or similar)
  • Demonstrated ownership of revenue targets and delivery of sustained growth
  • Experience leading both sales and marketing functions in a B2B or enterprise environment
  • Ability to operate at both a strategic and execution level
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders
  • Recent experience in healthcare, SaaS or workforce solutions
  • Ambition and capability to step into broader leadership over time

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a critical function within a growing business and directly influence its trajectory. You will have the autonomy to shape strategy, build capability and deliver meaningful commercial outcomes.

Banyan Software is a buy and hold for life acquirer of vertical market software businesses. Founded in 2016 by David Berkal, Banyan was created to offer software owners a third option beyond selling to a competitor focused on cutting costs or a traditional investment firm that would resell the business a few years later. As a private company with no fund timeline and no exit pressure, Banyan holds and grows its businesses for life. Unlike private equity firms, Banyan preserves the culture, brand, and autonomy of each business rather than consolidating or cutting costs to maximize short-term returns. Every acquired company keeps its management team, brand identity, and customer relationships intact. Banyan works closely with each owner to find the right path forward, whether they want to stay at the helm, transition to an advisory role, or make a graceful exit. Many owners choose to retire or move on, either at closing or within a year or two. In those cases, Banyan partners with the outgoing owner to recruit a new CEO who is the right fit for the team and culture. Every Banyan company is paired with a dedicated Operating Leader who provides strategic guidance and support. Companies also gain access to the Banyan Business Community, which includes CEO Summits, functional Guilds, an online portal, and peer networks. Growth Enablement resources are available across finance, technology, sales and marketing, HR, legal, and talent. Banyan also invests in AI capabilities across its portfolio to help modernize products and accelerate growth. Banyan acquires profitable, market-leading enterprise software businesses with annual revenues generally greater than $2M, a high proportion of recurring revenue, strong customer retention, and engaged employees. The portfolio spans vertical markets including education, government, financial services, healthcare, media and entertainment, and transportation, with businesses across North America, the United Kingdom, Europe, and Australia and New Zealand
