We are hiring a Middleware Analyst to support enterprise middleware platforms in a production environment.
This is a hands-on operational support role, responsible for monitoring, incident handling, routine administration, controlled changes, patching support, certificate handling, and release support across middleware technologies in the following priority order:
1. IBM WebSphere Application Server ND
2. IBM MQ
3. Microsoft IIS
4. Apache Tomcat
5. Oracle WebLogic
6. Apache HTTP Server

- Handle incidents, requests, alerts, and standard operational changes
- Monitor and support middleware services in line with SLA targets
- Perform routine administration, health checks, restarts, and validation tasks
- Support deployments, release activities, and post-change verification
- Manage TLS/certificates, bindings, keystores, and truststores
- Review logs and troubleshoot middleware runtime issues
- Apply patches and updates during controlled maintenance windows
- Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and CMDB accuracy
- Escalate more complex issues to senior engineers / L3 teams when required
· Experience in production support or enterprise operations
· Understanding of incident/change/request management
· Ability to analyse logs and troubleshoot middleware issues
· Good understanding of TLS/certificates and secure endpoint basics
· Familiarity with reverse proxies, routing, and load balancer concepts
· Basic understanding of JVM / thread pools / MQ flow troubleshooting
· Monitoring tool experience
· Basic scripting knowledge is an advantage
