### Responsibilities:

Own, maintain, and enhance Anaplan models in a BAU context, while supporting business evolution and transformation initiatives.

Run / BAU: Ensure stability, availability and performance of Anaplan models, Manage incidents, defects and users requests, Ensure data accuracy and calculation reliability, maintain functional and technical documentation.

Delivery / Enhancements: Gather and challenge business requirements, write users stories and functional specifications.

Design solutions in Anaplan (modeling, UX, data flows).

Build or oversee developments, support test phases (UAT) and deployment.

Governance & Coordination: Prioritize backlog with stakeholders, lead key ceremonies (reviews, committees, etc.), coordinate across teams(Business, IT, partners).

Ensure adherence to Anaplan best practices (performance, design standards).

### Qualifications:

4-8 years of experience with Anaplan or similar EPM solutions, Experience in both BAU and projects environments, Hybrid functional + technical background preferred

Strong expertise in Anaplan modeling (certification is a plus)

Solid understanding of FP&A / Finance / Planning processes

Experience with data integration (ETL, APIs, etc.)

Knowledge of modeling best practices (e.g. DISCO, performance optimization)

Ability to challenge business stakeholders

Structured and solution oriented mindset

Clear communication (bridging business and technical teams)

Strong autonomy and prioritization skills.
