As a Platform Product Lead, you will own the strategy and evolution of core platform capabilities that support multiple Yotpo products. You’ll work at the intersection of scale, performance, and innovation, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that drive business growth and customer value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the strategy and roadmap for Yotpo’s platform capabilities, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with business goals
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation through development, launch, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data, and Product teams to define and deliver platform solutions that support multiple product lines
  • Translate complex technical and business requirements into clear product specifications and priorities
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives by working with stakeholders across Product, R&D, Customer Success, and Sales

Required Skills:

  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a product-first company
  • At least 1 year of experience leading Product Managers or in a similar leadership role
  • Proven experience delivering both UX-intensive products and technically complex integrations
  • Experience working on large-scale products serving thousands of customers in collaboration with multiple product groups
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Technical experience in Engineering, SRE or Tech Support - a huge advantage
