E-commerce operator - Finance & Growth

We’re looking for someone who can own the numbers behind growth.
We work with multiple e-commerce brands scaling them and sharp execution. This role sits at the intersection of finance, ads, and decision-making.
What you’ll do:
Track and manage ad spends vs budgets across brands
Own P&L visibility — revenue, costs, and profitability
Identify gaps, leakages, and scale opportunities
Work closely with founders & marketing teams on where to double down
Build simple dashboards / trackers to drive decisions
What we’re looking for:
4–6 years in e-commerce / D2C / agency / startup roles
Strong understanding of ads metrics (CAC, ROAS, etc.)
Comfortable with numbers, Excel/Sheets, and basic analysis
Someone who thinks like an operator, not just a reporter
