TDNA will be supporting CSD primary Mission Office and will be well versed in tradecraft associated with target development in both sustained and discovery AOR. TDNA must have relevant experience with SIGINT and AMOD. TDNA must be fluent with stored comms and passive resources. TDNA must have ability to build out assigned target set and identify indicators of compromise organically for new/follow-on development. TDNA will be well versed in tracking lateral movement of target via claimed infrastructure. TDNA will be well versed in packet analysis. TDNA will be required to have experience with Machine Learning and AI for focused discovery efforts. TDNA must be well versed in tradecraft associated with characterization of personas, companies, capabilities, and target networks.
Prior demonstrated experience in the use of software applications and databases associated with network analysis and target development. Capable of running basic DNI and DNR queries to answer specific questions with existing Agency tools. Can task own selectors with assistance of senior analysts. Able to evaluate leads for tasking and able to use appropriate tasking authorities. Possess a basic understanding internet protocols, digital telecommunications technologies, and internet routing. Possess a basic understanding of SIGINT collection. Capable of basic target discovery and collection triage.
Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph).
