About the Role

You'll be the Tbilisi seat for design craft at Thorit, paired daily with our DE UX & UI Team as your remote design-craft anchors and working hand-in-hand with the Tbilisi Frontend Developer HubSpot CMS for design-to-code handoff.

Day-to-day, you'll deliver UX and UI design across enterprise client engagements: HubSpot CMS websites, multi-brand customer portals, internal dashboards, and the new wave of agentic UI work where humans approve, edit, and override what AI agents propose.

The bar at 12 months is design delivery across 10+ enterprise engagements plus 6+ reusable components added to the shared design system.

In Phase 1, this role is internal-facing. Client-facing engagement opens in Phase 2 once Tbilisi has a 12-month delivery track record.

What You'll Do

  • You'll onboard into our UX & UI workflow, Figma libraries, and design system within 3 months and start taking design tickets independently

  • You'll deliver your first self-owned design for a live client engagement, reviewed by the Team Lead UX & UI and accepted via the Lisbon or DACH frontstage, within 3 months

  • You'll deliver UX and UI design across 10+ enterprise client engagements within 12 months

  • You'll contribute at least 6 reusable components to our design system and Figma library within 9 months

  • You'll pair reliably with the DE UX & UI Team as remote design-craft anchors, participating in weekly design reviews at a level that improves your own output month over month

  • You'll establish an async design-to-code handoff protocol with the Tbilisi Frontend Developer HubSpot CMS: Figma specs, component naming, asset export, with measurable reduction in handoff back-and-forth

  • You'll maintain ≥ 65% billable utilisation from month 6 onward

  • You'll contribute to our emerging agentic UI patterns library: human-in-the-loop interfaces, agent transparency surfaces, control panels for AUTOMATE-layer engagements

What You Bring

Must-haves

  • 3 to 5 years of UX and UI design with shipped production projects (named clients or measurable outcomes), not concept work

  • UX methodology applied in production: user research, journey mapping, usability testing, with the judgement to know when to research and when to ship

  • Strong UI and visual design fundamentals (typography, layout, hierarchy) across a B2B aesthetic, not just consumer polish

  • Daily Figma fluency: components, variants, auto layout, design tokens, prototyping. You've built or maintained a design system in Figma at scale

  • Design system thinking: you design components, not pages, and you've contributed to a design system, not just consumed one

  • Track record of design-to-code handoff with engineers in production. You write specs developers actually use and push back constructively when a design needs simplification for performance or feasibility

  • Accessibility-first practice (WCAG 2.1 AA): contrast, keyboard nav, screen reader patterns built in from the start

  • Demonstrated async cross-site collaboration with PR-quality writing in Slack, Figma comments, Confluence

  • Business-fluent English (daily working language across all sites)

  • Tbilisi-based or willing to relocate, with sustainable 5-hour CET overlap commitment

  • Genuine excitement to ramp into HubSpot CMS during the structured 4-week ramp

Nice-to-haves

  • Direct HubSpot CMS exposure (Figma libraries built for HubSpot CMS modules)

  • B2B SaaS or enterprise customer portal design experience (multi-brand, multi-language)

  • Early exposure to agentic UI patterns: human-in-the-loop, agent transparency, AI control panels

  • Background as a design system contributor at scale (not just consumer)

Your Team

You'll report to the Team Lead UX & UI based in DE, with day-to-day pairing with the Team Lead and the Senior UX & UI Designer in DE. You'll join the UX & UI Team as the Tbilisi seat and work side-by-side with the Tbilisi Frontend Developer HubSpot CMS for design-to-code delivery. This creates a co-located design-and-build squad in Tbilisi for HubSpot CMS engagements, supervised by the DE UX & UI Team.

Tech Stack

  • Design: Figma (components, variants, auto layout, design tokens, prototyping), Figma libraries shared with DE

  • Design system: Thorit shared component library, design tokens, accessibility states

  • Handoff: Figma to HubSpot CMS / Webflow / Contentful / general frontend

  • Collaboration: Jira, Confluence, Slack, Loom, Forecast (overview), Claude AI

  • Adjacent awareness: HubSpot CMS modules, themes, and constraints (ramp during probation)
