We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tax Manager (TM) to join us on a 6-months contract, leading the implementation of the Boku Group’s global Transfer Pricing (TP) policies and support compliance with Corporate Criminal Offence (CCO) regulations.

The TM will collaborate with colleagues across Finance, Legal, Treasury, HR, and external advisors to ensure that intercompany transactions are TP compliant, well-documented, and aligned with international standards.

This is a high-impact role with global scope and visibility across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Transfer Pricing

  • Coordinate with external advisors to benchmark intercompany services and prepare TP documentation (Master File and Local File(s))
  • Review and update intercompany service agreements in collaboration with Legal
  • Draft and maintain an internal TP manual that outlines policy and calculation methodology
  • Deliver internal training to key stakeholders on TP policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with Finance on TP invoicing, reconciliation of intercompany balances, and other related processes
  • Support TP considerations for market expansion and entry into new jurisdictions

Corporate Criminal Offence (CCO)

  • Coordinate with external advisors and internal stakeholders to support the implementation of CCO compliance across the Group
  • Ensure policies and processes are in place to mitigate CCO-related risks

Key Skills and Competencies

  • Solid, hands-on experience with transfer pricing, ideally gained in an in-house role
  • Strong understanding of international tax compliance, including preparation of TP documentation and service agreements
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • CCO compliance experience is a plus, but not essential
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-focused with the ability to manage multiple projects

Qualifications

  • Tax qualifications (e.g. UK ATT & CTA) desirable
  • Accounting qualifications (e.g. ACA or equivalent) desirable
