### Responsibilities

Support project coordination by tracking milestones, deliverables, and progress updates.

Assist with documentation, reports, and internal communications.

Help organize meetings, capture action items, and follow up on key tasks.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives and workflow optimization.

Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other teams to streamline operations.

Provide support for team activities and onboarding of new members.

### Skills & Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business, Project Management, Operations, Communications, or a related field.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Interest in technology or the gaming industry — no coding required!

Comfortable using Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and project management tools (Jira,Confluence).

Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

A team player with a positive attitude and strong initiative.
