### What you will get to do:
  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and outcome-based roadmaps aligned with business goals and market trends.
  • Leverage deep product knowledge and industry and market insights to develop competitive and innovative products.
  • Continuously monitor revenue, costs, and product related metrics, driving initiatives for growth and profitability.
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with business development teams to assess product-market fit.
  • Conduct in-depth research on customer needs, user behavior, and market trends to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with project management, engineering, customers and, customer facing and marketing teams to ensure seamless discovery and delivery processes.
  • Manage product operations to ensure smooth delivery, scalability, and ongoing support of products.
  • Own product positioning and market messaging, translating product capabilities into customer value stories that enable Sales effectiveness and support consistent product narratives across all touchpoints.
  • Maintain awareness of privacy, compliance, and regulatory standards to ensure products meet industry requirements.
  • Utilize data analysis to measure product performance and identify areas for optimization.
  • Lead initiatives to iterate and enhance products based on customer feedback and business priorities.
  • Foster cross-functional team collaboration to drive alignment and execution across stakeholders.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders to manage expectations and communicate progress.
  • Demonstrate championing skills by promoting the product vision and gaining buy-in at all levels of the organization.
  • Exhibit strong leadership skills by inspiring teams and driving product initiatives with clarity and purpose.
  • Develop and mentor team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Implement process skills and techniques for efficient project management and delivery.
  • Manage product lifecycles from ideation through delivery and post-launch optimization.
  • ### What will make you successful:
  • Bachelors degree in business administration, product management, business analysis, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience as a product manager.
  • Proven track record of successful product development, discovery, delivery, and optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and performance measurement tools.
  • Proven use of AI LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.
  • Familiarity with Jira Product and Development, Figma, SmartSheet, and Confluence.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep understanding of industry trends, privacy, and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
  • Experience with continuous improvement, agile methodologies, and product management frameworks.
  • Must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States of America without restrictions or expirations.
