CareerSwift is an AI-powered platform that helps people land their next job faster. We're a small, fully remote team building a product used by thousands of job seekers. We're looking for a creative social media manager to help us grow our presence and connect with our community.
What you'll do
— Create and schedule content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
— Engage with followers — respond to comments, DMs, and mentions
— Collaborate with the team on campaigns and content ideas
— Track basic performance metrics and share weekly updates
— Repurpose existing content into formats that perform on each channel
What we're looking for
— Strong written English — you write in a way that feels human
— Eye for design — comfortable with Canva or similar tools
— Self-organized and able to work independently
