We are seeking a Program Manager with a strong background in automotive software development to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in delivering embedded software solutions for next-generation radar systems. This role requires both technical depth in embedded systems and advanced program management capabilities to ensure successful execution from concept through production across multiple projects and stakeholders.

Responsiblities

  • Lead multiple project teams and collaborate with software, hardware, and systems engineering to define program requirements, architecture, and design specifications.

  • Act as the primary interface between engineering teams, internal and external stakeholders, executive management, and customers, ensuring alignment and clear communication at all levels.

  • Ensure all program deliverables meet automotive standards, including Automotive SPICE and ISO 26262, and drive compliance activities across teams.

  • Assess the program-level impact when requirements or priorities change, manage scope adjustments, and guide teams through transitions with minimal disruption.

  • Provide clear, comprehensive reporting to leadership, highlighting progress, risks, dependencies, and key metrics to maintain transparency.

  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve cross-team issues, and ensure resources are effectively allocated to meet program priorities.

Requirements

  • A degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in embedded software and/or program management, ideally within automotive development.

  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects or large-scale programs, with a strong understanding of software development practices (e.g., Automotive SPICE) and program/project management frameworks (e.g., PMI, IPMA).

  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools, with the ability to scale agile practices across teams.

  • A structured, self-driven, and solutions-oriented working style, with strong leadership and organizational abilities.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly convey complex topics to diverse audiences.
