Description of Task to be Performed:
AnaVation is seeking a Training Analyst to support the Anti-Phishing Training and Awareness Program for a key client in Washington DC. This individual must have experience leading large cybersecurity training efforts including phishing simulations and be comfortable briefing up to the CIO/CISO level.
What you will be doing
- Coordinate and run multi-tenant anti-phishing training simulations for approximately 50 agencies.
- Create templates and schedules, secure approvals, and run periodic simulations.
- Develop and provide reporting and after-action recommendations depending on outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies; recommend policy changes in alignment with environmental factors
