About the Opportunity
We are a recruitment partner working with a company building a cryptocurrency exchange in the UAE, currently at an early stage.
The team is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator / HR Generalist to support hiring and help build core HR processes from scratch.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will combine recruitment coordination, candidate communication, and operational HR support — with potential to grow into a Head of HR role as the team scales.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Coordination
Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders
Manage calendars and collect availability
Act as main point of contact for candidates
Ensure a smooth and professional hiring process
Agency & Pipeline Management
Coordinate work with external recruitment agencies
Track pipelines, candidate statuses, and feedback loops
Ensure alignment between agencies and internal team
HR Operations & Support
Support onboarding and basic compliance processes
Maintain HR documentation and hiring records
Assist with internal HR processes (e.g. time-off tracking)
Process Building
Help structure and improve hiring workflows
Support development of internal HR processes from scratch
Growth Scope (Nice to Have)
Participate in sourcing and initial candidate screening
Support interviews
What We're Looking For
2–5 years of experience in:
recruiting coordination / HR operations / HR generalist roles
Strong organisational and communication skills
Experience working with multiple stakeholders
Comfortable managing processes, follow-ups, and ambiguity
Ukrainian — native or fluent
English — B1+ (working proficiency is sufficient)
Nice to Have
Experience working with recruitment agencies
Startup / early-stage environment experience
Exposure to fintech / crypto / tech
