We’re looking for a Founding Venture Manager who will treat Almedia as their own personal startup incubator, taking full ownership of ventures from initial insight to global scale. You aren't just filling a seat; you are a future founder joining a high-density talent cohort designed to catapult you into elite leadership or your own venture.

What You'll Do 🎯

• Operate Across the Business (0-6 Months): Spearhead high-priority projects across growth, product, and partnerships to master the Almedia "operating system" by actually owning outcomes.

• Launch & Own a Venture (6-18 Months): Select your highest-conviction project, set the strategy, and build a team from scratch to ship a live product without a pre-written playbook.

• Scale a Global Organization (18-24 Months): Transition from a "builder" to a "leader" by scaling your venture with a full organization under you, managing P&L and long-term strategy.

• Architect New Revenue Streams: Identify market gaps in Rewarded User Acquisition and Fintech, validating opportunities through rapid prototyping and direct client testing.

• Drive "Unicorn" Growth: Collaborate directly with the CEO and Venture Director to execute the high-leverage bets that will define Almedia as the next bootstrapped unicorn.

• Opportunity Selection Skills: Ability to look at five great ideas, pick the two with the highest potential, and defend the decision to kill the others.

• Analytical Fearlessness: Comfort working with intense data sets, market trends, and financial models to prove (or disprove) a venture’s viability.

• High Tolerance for Ambiguity: You thrive in environments without clear briefs or structured tasks; you create the structure where it doesn't exist.

• Bonus: Experience in a high-velocity environment like a top-tier consultancy (McKinsey/BCG) or a "Rocket Internet" style venture builder.
