Support execution and optimization of paid digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and programmatic channels

Track and report on key performance metrics including CTR, CPL, conversion rates, and pipeline influence

Assist with A/B testing of ad creative, landing pages, and email campaigns

Maintain dashboards and performance reports to keep the Marketing team informed and agile

Conduct competitive research and audience analysis to inform targeting strategies

Partner with the Revenue and Sales Enablement teams to ensure digital efforts align with commercial goals

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, or related field (Class of 2026 preferred)

Analytical mindset with comfort working in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools

Exposure to digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.) a plus

Strong attention to detail and an eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Interest in the intersection of data, media, and advertising technology
