SteerBridge is seeking a Training Curriculum Sr. Analyst to support the design, development, and delivery of impactful learning and performance support solutions that enhance workforce capability, engagement, and performance.
This role is well-suited for a learning professional with experience in instructional design, curriculum development, adult learning principles, and learning technologies. The Sr. Analyst will work closely with the training team to create engaging, learner-centered content and help develop effective instructional strategies for a dynamic and evolving environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can operate independently, adapt to ambiguity, and contribute to measurable training outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update curriculum, instructional materials, and performance support resources
- Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create effective learning experiences
- Support the design of learner-centered training solutions across multiple delivery formats
- Collaborate with training team members and stakeholders to identify learning needs and content requirements
- Help define instructional strategies and delivery methods that address performance gaps and support workforce development
- Use learning technologies and authoring tools to build engaging and practical training products
- Contribute to training evaluation, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts
- Ensure training materials are clear, accurate, user-friendly, and aligned with program objectives
