As a Technical Operations Junior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Client. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate technical design review sessions, bringing together diverse technical and business stakeholders to collaboratively determine solutions that meet project requirements and are technically feasible for implementation. This involves managing logistics, tracking actions, and actively guiding discussions to ensure productive outcomes. You will also be responsible for creating high-quality documentation and executive-level artifacts using the Microsoft Office Suite, requiring exceptional attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

In this role, you will contribute to the implementation, deployment, and mint of an electronic medical record system for a large federation, ensuring its success across live sites. Your work will involve navigating complex technical and operational challenges, requiring you to facilitate seamless collaboration between stakeholders. Exposure to tools and processes such as technical design facilitation, action tracking systems, and advanced document creation within Microsoft Office Suite will be highly beneficial. Additionally, familiarity with electronic medical record systems and large-scale IT implementations will help you excel in this position.

To thrive in this role, you should have experience in facilitating cross-functional discussions, managing competing priorities, and producing polished deliverables for executive audiences. A background in technical project coordination, particularly in healthcare IT or electronic health record systems, will provide a strong foundation for success. The ability to work virtually while maintaining a high level of organization and communication is essential, as much of the work can be performed remotely, though it is based in Washington, DC. ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and maintain a focus on detail-oriented execution will be key to driving the success of this critical initiative.     Experience supporting the Client or similar initiatives.
    Ability to facilitate technical design review sessions, bringing together multiple technical and business stakeholders to determine implementable solutions.
    Proficiency in logistics coordination, action tracking, and active facilitation of conversations.
    Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create detailed documents and executive-level artifacts.
    Expertise in using Microsoft Office Suite with attention to detail.
    Familiarity with electronic medical record implementation and deployment for large federations.
    Experience in systemment for live sites

    Bonus if you have:
    Certifications or experience related to electronic health record (EHR) systems.
    Background in technical facilitation or project management for large-scale IT implementations.
    Knowledge of federal healthcare systems or Client-specific processes.
