Support change management initiatives and ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems. This role involves planning, training, stakeholder engagement, and project support to drive organizational change effectively.
Key Responsibilities: Assist the Change Lead in all change management activities, including: Work planning and scheduling; Utilizing data-driven insights to refine change strategies and enhance organizational readiness; Stakeholder management and communication; Gap analysis and process improvement; Metrics tracking and reporting; Develop and deliver/facilitate training sessions to end users; Support the creation of knowledge management materials and resources; Assist in the design and development of training related content (e.g., tip sheets, Quick Reference Guides) for ongoing learning; and Collaborate across internal and client workstreams.
