Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT professional with a strong background in incident management to support complex operational environments. This role requires a solid understanding of IT service management principles, the ability to handle multiple concurrent incidents, and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in incident management or a closely related IT role, along with hands-on experience using incident management tools and applying industry-standard best practices. This position demands analytical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to remain effective in dynamic, fast-paced situations.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in incident management or a related IT role
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and incident management best practices
  • Proficiency with incident management tools
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple incidents simultaneously
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant industry certifications, such as ITIL Foundation
  • Familiarity with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) IT environment and policies
