  • Develop and manage a comprehensive certification program for our customers, including defining certification levels, requirements, and learning pathways.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify key competencies and knowledge areas for certification, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
  • ### Skills
  • Strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships while serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present solutions clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven negotiation and contract management skills to support renewals, pricing discussions, and mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to quickly address client concerns and provide effective solutions.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot to manage account activity, track opportunities, and maintain accurate client records.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
  • ### Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring strong relationships and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain ongoing communication with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions or services.
  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for account growth through upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and support to ensure successful delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, account updates, and sales activity using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and account reviews to track performance and communicate progress to clients and internal stakeholders.
