Role Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Fulfillment Warehouse Forklift Driver to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient movement of products through our warehouse, supporting accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining high safety and quality standards. Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate a forklift to support daily warehouse operations.
• Use an RF (Radio Frequency) gun to move inventory to designated workstream areas (SP, LTL, FTL).
• Accurately pick customer orders from assigned workstream areas.
• Perform “pick to load out” tasks and build LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipments according to order requirements.
• Prepare pallets for shipment by shrink-wrapping, banding, and labeling.
• Stage and load outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Support daily warehouse location audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet productivity goals and maintain workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift driving experience required; valid forklift certification preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Ability to lift, move, and stack materials up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs].
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
