About the Role
We are seeking a Principal Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of innovative AI-powered solutions for our clients. In this role, you’ll be a trusted advisor, collaborating closely with customer and partner technical teams, and guiding our internal engineering squads. You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and reliable architectures leveraging the latest AI technologies. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep technical background and proven ability to influence at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end solutions that enable enterprise customers to deploy and leverage a diverse and dynamic range of AI agents (including models, LLMs, micro-services, and orchestration layers) within their secure and scalable platforms.
- Develop and articulate compelling architectural visions for AI product offerings, aligning with client needs and Future Secure AI's strategic roadmap.
- Identify and evaluate new partnerships, products, and technologies, including cutting-edge LLMs and AI models, to expand our solution portfolio.
- Provide technical leadership in the design and implementation of algorithms specifically for AI agents, leveraging technologies like Node.js, LangChain, LangGraph, and Flowise.
- Define integration strategies for new features and APIs across various platforms in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Ensure solutions meet rigorous enterprise-grade compliance standards, such as SOC2, prioritizing security and reliability.
- Serve as a key technical advisor and advocate for AI/LLM best practices within the organization and with our clients.
- Lead technical discovery sessions and workshops to understand client challenges and architect tailored solutions.
- Mentor and guide other architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
Ideally, you bring 12+ years of experience in solution architecture, with a significant focus on AI, machine learning, and cloud-native technologies. You have a proven track record of successfully designing and implementing complex enterprise solutions and leading technical teams. A strong understanding of business strategy and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements are essential.
Required Skills
- Deep understanding of cloud architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP) and associated services.
- Strong proficiency in designing and implementing secure, scalable APIs and microservices.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including natural language processing, machine learning, and neural networks.
- Experience with AI agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph) and orchestration tools (Flowise) is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CICD pipelines, Kubernetes, and containerization technologies.
- Experience with Node.js and Python development.
- Experience working with large financial institutions or regulated industries.
