The Role
We're hiring AI Engineers who want to build the infrastructure behind autonomous AI agents at scale. You'll work across the full stack — from the agent runtime and sandbox orchestration to the integrations layer and the product surface in Slack and Teams.
This is not a "maintain the monolith" role. You'll ship features end-to-end, make architectural decisions with real consequences, and see your work in production the same day. The pace is high, the team is small, and every engineer has an outsized impact.
What You'll Work On
Agent runtime — sandboxed execution, tool orchestration, memory systems
Integrations — Slack, Teams, and 50+ third-party tools (APIs, OAuth, webhooks)
Infrastructure — container orchestration, scaling, cost optimization
Product — features that ship directly to users through the conversational interface
Whatever needs building. The team is small. The surface area is large.
What We're Looking For
Agentic coding. You're fully bought into AI-assisted development — using agents, parallelized workflows, and whatever tools make you fastest. This is how we work.
Systems thinking. Strong system design judgment. You can make hard technical trade-offs and own them. You understand how things break at scale.
Speed without compromise. You know how to build things fast while keeping the quality bar high. No enterprise engineering. No three-week review cycles. Ship today, not Thursday.

Previous founder or early-stage builder. You've worn every hat and liked it.
Relevant Backgrounds
Backend engineering, ML/AI engineering, fullstack builder, or founder who codes. Verticals matter less than velocity.
