What You Will Be Doing

As a Senior IT Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the IT infrastructure, focusing on one or more specialized domains such as O365, OKTA, Kandji, Intune, or Jumpcloud. You will be working closely with the IT Support Manager - Europe to ensure smooth operations and seamless integration of tools across the organization. Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert-level support for one or more of the following tools: O365, OKTA, Kandji, Intune, Jumpcloud.
  • Assisting with software deployments, system updates, and troubleshooting as necessary.
  • Collaborating with other teams within the IT department to ensure a secure and stable IT environment.
  • Managing and monitoring IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Ensuring compliance with IT policies and procedures.
  • Handling tasks assigned by your manager efficiently and promptly.
  • Working in the Bangalore office 4 days a week to support local and remote operations.

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

We are seeking a Senior IT Administrator with at least 5 years of experience and expertise in tools such as O365, OKTA, Kandji, Intune, or Jumpcloud. Strong problem-solving skills in system administration and managing complex technical environments are essential. You will work within a global team while independently managing your tasks.

Adaptability to changing priorities and new technologies is key. Relevant certifications or degrees are a plus. Commitment to working on-site in the Bangalore office 4 days per week and handling additional tasks as needed is required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT administration or a related role.
  • Proven expertise with one or more of the following tools: O365, OKTA, Kandji, Intune, Jumpcloud.
  • Strong technical skills in IT infrastructure, troubleshooting, and systems management.
  • Certifications or degrees in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines are preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work across different teams and regions.
  • Able to work on-site in the Bangalore office for at least 4 days a week.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle tasks assigned by the IT Support Manager - Europe.
