About EngFlow At EngFlow, we help developers save time by accelerating software builds and tests. Our cloud-based, distributed service optimizes developer workflows through remote execution and caching, improving efficiency, productivity, and product quality. Backed by top investors, EngFlow is redefining how companies build software and ship well-tested products. As we enter the AI era, we are leveraging our core capabilities to achieve exponential growth and deliver even smarter, faster developer tools.

Working directly with our Product Lead, we're looking for a proactive, hands-on Product Manager with a passion for developer experience and a strong user-first mindset. You will play a critical role in helping organize and lead the product engineering team, driving improved execution as we scale.

You'll work closely with customers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure we deliver high-impact tools that developers love. If you thrive in ambiguity, enjoy solving real user problems, and have experience building tools for technical audiences, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Product Lead to organize the product engineering team, streamline processes, and drive high-velocity execution.

  • Identify and execute on opportunities to leverage EngFlow's capabilities in the AI era to achieve exponential product growth.

  • Lead user discovery through interviews and feedback sessions with developers and DevEx teams.

  • Translate insights into detailed product specs (PRDs) that guide engineering efforts.

  • Prioritize product features and initiatives based on user needs and business goals.

  • Collaborate closely with design, engineering, sales, and customer success.

  • Communicate product vision, roadmap, and status clearly across the company.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of product management experience, ideally with developer-facing products.

  • Highly proactive, hands-on, and passionate about continuous learning in a fast-paced technical environment.

  • Strong technical understanding of DevOps, Cloud, and SaaS environments.

  • Comfortable gathering requirements through direct user interviews and synthesizing insights.

  • Experience working cross-functionally and communicating with technical stakeholders.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage projects across time zones.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • A deep curiosity and drive to build products that genuinely improve the developer experience.

Benefits We offer comprehensive medical, dental, vision benefits, 401k/pension, parental leave and generous vacation. The team is fully remote but we enjoy meeting together several times a year at exciting destinations throughout the world. We value getting the work done and having fun while doing it, and have done numerous fun team events such as chocolate, whisky, and tea tastings, monthly team games, escape the room, and other fun events.
