Sales Development Rep - Fleet

What You’ll Be Doing at Piston Technologies:

  • Identify and engage potential customers through outbound prospecting, email outreach, and strategic calling

  • Qualify leads by uncovering pain points, gathering critical data, and assessing readiness to move forward

  • Work closely with the sales team to book discovery calls, product demos, and follow-ups

  • Maintain a high volume of daily outreach activity while keeping messaging thoughtful and targeted

  • Collect and maintain accurate data in our CRM to support a healthy pipeline and informed follow-ups

  • Meet and exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings and opportunities created

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior experience in a sales development, customer-facing, or high-output role

  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and make an impact — we love self-starters

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong organizational habits and a willingness to own your daily schedule

  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment


What we hope you have:

  • Summer sales or equivalent experience in a sales role

  • Consistent history of exceeding quotas in previous roles

  • Strong prospecting skills and expertise in managing the entire sales cycle
