Trade Republic is hiring an Intern for the Executive Office, starting Q1 2027.
This position is based in Berlin, Germany.
Please note that, depending on strategic priorities and personnel demand at the time of your process, you will be embedded within the Executive Office's Corporate Development or CEO Office team.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Think ahead: In the Executive Office, we take strategic initiatives from zero to one as part of our mission to build a world where everybody can participate in economic growth. We manage projects end-to-end and collaboratively work with all departments across Trade Republic. Every day, we strive to move Trade Republic forward step by step, by constantly challenging the status quo.
- Play a vital role in driving and executing projects and initiatives to rapidly scale our business across Europe and expand our product offering
- Assume responsibility on high-impact end-to-end strategic projects (zero-to-one from thesis building to operation)
- Work closely with the management team across different functions to evaluate and drive internal and external business development opportunities
- Conduct (market) analysis to support crucial management decisions
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Currently pursuing or already completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree at a top-tier university with excellent grades
- First professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital or business development
- Ability to break down complex issues, reduce them to the essential factors and communicate them effectively
- Excellent German and English skills
- At least three months availability
