1.1 Assist sales team to conduct channel partner onboarding, evaluation, tiering, and exit processes, including due diligence (compliance check, KYC) and dynamic portfolio optimization;
1.2 Analyze channel performance metrics (e.g., sell-through rate, order fulfillment rate) and provide actionable insights;
2. Sales Operation
2.1 Help sales team gather customer demands, coordinate with regional sales teams to design solutions, and drive demand conversion;
2.2 Oversee order fulfillment E2E process, collaborate with HQ supply chain on logistics, customs clearance, and on-time delivery;
Build localized SOPs (e.g., RMA, after-sales) to enhance client experience.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
3.1 Act as a cultural & operational bridge between CN and LATAM teams.QualificationsExisting network in LATAM FMCG/electronics distribution channels;
Knowledge of China manufacturing supply chain and export practices;
Cross-functional project experience.
Languague: English is mandatory;Chinese and Spanish are perferred.Apply
