Accountabilities:

Support media Planner/Buyers in development of their plans, POVs, reports and presentations

  • Maintain templates, implementing updates as requested by the planning/buying team
  • Assist through all stages of the media planning process
  • Including rankers, insertion orders, buy sheets, MediaOcean/Prisma inputting, billing and discrepancy resolution, trafficking, specs and deadline charts
  • Pull data reports for planning/buying team to review and analyze
  • Utilize and understand research tools and vendor platforms for the collection of data
  • Proactively look for trends and anomalies
  • Input purchased media into agency stewardship platform (MediaOcean/Prisma)
  • Manage the billing process and resolve discrepancies with urgency
  • Escalate vendor invoice errors to Planner/Buyers for negotiation/resolution

Relationships & Communication:

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings with internal teams and vendors as required
  • Maintain contact/rep lists and assist planning/buying team in vendor outreach
