Continuous Improvement Technician

To date, we have serviced thousands of titles for iTunes, Google Play, YouTube, Netflix, Amazon, Movies Anywhere, and others. We also authored thousands of Ultra HD Blu-ray, Blu-ray, and DVD titles. Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Continous Improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in mass communication, media, or a relevant major.
• High level of attention to detail and efficiency with their time.
• A generalist can check and audit the products of different functions or workflows.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability and willingness to learn new methods, procedures, or techniques and take on new tasks.

• Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Excelent Presentation Skills.
• Analytical Skills.
• Must be willing to work weekends, and holidays and pass their regular shifts if needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Auditing different departments and workflows and assisting in the development of improved performance.
• Identify errors and artefacts in workflows, checklists, and verifiers, and report these findings into a database system in a clear, concise, and easy-to-read manner.
• Testing Pixelogic's different tools and working with the dev team to follow up with the improvements.
• Inspect linear media content or assets, including, but not limited to, video, audio, subtitles, closed captions, etc., to confirm compliance with client specifications and to note quality issues.

• Following, completing, and updating checklists.
• Work with their direct manager to improve systems and develop new tools.
• Abide by security policies and protect information assets entrusted to you.
• Duties require a high level of attention to detail, an accurate and methodical approach to testing, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Help with supply chain audits.

• To be willing to learn the internal systems and tools to do the job as well as be flexible to adapt to the changing landscape in our industry.
• Other related tasks as assigned to fulfill responsibilities.
