Job Summary 

The team is looking for a high-octane Head of Growth to transform a proven product into a dominant commercial engine. With an existing roster of DAX 40 and Fortune 500 customers, the foundation is already built. Your mission is to own the full GTM strategy, from initial pipeline generation to closing enterprise-level deals and eventually scaling the commercial team. This is a role for a builder who thrives on high-stakes execution and wants the autonomy to shape the future of a rapidly evolving enterprise technology company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy, including demand generation, positioning, and enterprise sales.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline that converts large-scale enterprise interest into long-term revenue.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles to secure partnerships with global corporations and industry leaders.
  • Operate hands-on in the short term to define the sales playbook, while preparing to recruit and lead a world-class growth team.
  • Collaborate directly with the founding team to align product evolution with market feedback.
  • Maintain a bias to action by making swift, informed decisions that move the needle.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B growth, demand generation, or GTM, specifically within enterprise SaaS or high-end consulting.
  • Proven track record of selling to or marketing to large, complex enterprises.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale a pipeline that drives actual revenue growth.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Berlin 6 days a week—this is a non-negotiable part of the high-intensity culture.
  • Deep sense of ownership; you are someone who executes projects from A to Z without needing a project manager.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a preference for direct, honest feedback.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments where the product and market shift rapidly.
  • Experience in AI, automation, or deep enterprise software.
  • An existing network within the SAP ecosystem or major global consulting firms.
  • Experience as an early growth hire in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Knowledge of integration sales or systemic enterprise tech (e.g., Salesforce, MuleSoft, Signavio).
