Physical Therapy Assistant – Full-Time (Bilingual Preferred)

We are looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to join a private physical therapy outpatient practice. This full-time position focuses on helping patients improve strength, mobility, and daily function through guided treatment sessions. Spanish speaking is required for this role.

Location: Sunrise, FL

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour
Salary: $65K-$75K/year DOE plus benefits

Responsibilities:

• Support the Physical Therapist in carrying out rehabilitation plans
• Guide patients in exercises and treatments
• Monitor patient progress and assist with modifications as needed
• Record treatment details in the patient’s medical file
• Offer clear communication with Spanish-speaking patients

Requirements

• PTA degree from an accredited program
• Active PTA license in Florida
• Spanish-speaking required
• Previous outpatient experience is a plus
