Full-Time Physical Therapist

Location: Grandview, MO
Salary: $90,000–$100,000 per year, based on experience
Setting: Modern outpatient orthopedic clinic

The Role in Plain Terms

We are looking for a Physical Therapist to help patients move better, recover safely, and improve their day-to-day function. The clinic works mostly with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, so your caseload may include injuries, post-surgical recovery, pain concerns, weakness, mobility issues, and movement limitations.

You will evaluate patients, create treatment plans, guide therapy sessions, update progress, and work with PTAs to keep care consistent. This is a practical, hands-on role for a PT who enjoys helping patients see steady improvement over time.

Clinic Environment

This clinic has a team of:

• 2 Physical Therapists
• 2 Physical Therapist Assistants

The clinic sees approximately:

• 7–15 patients per provider per day
• 160–190 patient visits per week

Additional details:

• EMR System: WebPT
• Patient Age Range: 11 to 90 years old
• Primary Caseload: Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions

Work Schedule Options

The clinic offers flexibility and strongly prefers one of the following:

Four 10-Hour Days, Preferred

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• Tuesday off weekly

Monday–Friday Schedule

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and determine physical therapy needs
• Create care plans based on clinical findings and patient goals
• Provide therapy for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Use exercise-based care, manual therapy, mobility work, strengthening, and functional training
• Educate patients on home exercises and recovery expectations
• Monitor progress and update treatment plans as needed
• Document care accurately in WebPT
• Communicate with PTAs and other team members to support patient progress

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
• Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
• Strong patient communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work well in a team-based clinic environment
