Location: Kansas City, Missouri
Position: Full-Time Physical Therapist
Salary: $90,000–$100,000 per year, based on experience

Schedule Options
The clinic offers flexibility and strongly prefers one of the following schedules:
Option 1: Four 10-Hour Days, Preferred
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- Tuesday off each week
Option 2: Monday–Friday Schedule
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Clinic Details
- Patient Volume: 7–15 patients per day
- Clinic Volume: Approximately 160–190 patient visits per week
- Clinical Team: 2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants
- EMR System: WebPT
- Patient Age Range: 11 to 90 years old
- Primary Caseload: Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
Responsibilities
- Complete patient evaluations and identify movement, strength, pain, and function concerns
- Build treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and diagnosis
- Provide outpatient orthopedic care using therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, mobility training, and functional rehabilitation
- Treat patients with musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical needs, pain conditions, and movement limitations
- Track progress and adjust care plans when clinically appropriate
- Educate patients on home exercise programs, activity modification, and safe movement
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge plans in WebPT
- Coordinate care with PTAs and other clinical team members
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
- Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
- Strong patient communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work well in a team-based clinic environment
