We’re looking for a Salesforce Developer to design, build, and optimize the systems that power our revenue engine. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Operations—translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions that support a high-growth go-to-market motion.
Reporting into the Enterprise Applications function, this individual will own Salesforce development and platform administration across Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and adjacent business systems. You'll partner with Revenue Operations, Finance, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions while ensuring the overall health, governance, and optimization of the Salesforce platform.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves building—and wants their work to directly impact how we sell, operate, and grow.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Development & Platform Ownership
- Design, build, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow
- Own the development lifecycle—requirements, architecture, build, testing, and deployment
- Maintain a clean, well-documented codebase with strong test coverage and release hygiene
- Manage sandbox environments, release cycles, and deployment processes via CI/CD pipelines
Revenue Cloud & Revenue Operations Systems
- Configure and enhance Salesforce Revenue Cloud capabilities including product catalog management, pricing configuration, quoting processes, approvals, and revenue lifecycle automation
- Support the full quote-to-cash lifecycle in partnership with Finance and Sales Ops
- Ensure accurate data flow from opportunity creation through order management and revenue handoff
- Design and maintain scalable solutions for complex pricing models, subscription-based offerings, renewals, amendments, and contract management processes
Salesforce Administration & Governance
- Own Salesforce platform configuration including security model, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and environment management
- Establish and maintain governance standards for metadata, data quality, release management, and user adoption
- Manage user provisioning, access controls, and compliance with internal policies
Integrations & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Architect and maintain integrations between Salesforce and key systems (NetSuite, data warehouse, marketing tools, etc.)
- Partner with the NetSuite Admin and RevOps to ensure clean, reliable cross-system data sync
- Identify and resolve gaps, redundancies, or data integrity issues across the revenue tech stack
- Support evaluation and implementation of new tools or platform capabilities as the business scales
Process Optimization & Automation
- Translate business requirements into scalable automation using Flow, Process Builder, and Apex triggers
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve speed and accuracy across Sales and Finance workflows
- Drive continuous improvement through proactive platform monitoring and refactoring
Data Integrity, Reporting & Support
- Ensure CRM data quality through validation rules, deduplication logic, and governance best practices
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support Sales, RevOps, and Leadership decision-making
- Serve as a key technical resource for Salesforce-related questions, troubleshooting, and enablement
What We’re Looking For
- 3–4+ years of Salesforce development experience in a high-growth or complex environment
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce Flow
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Revenue Lifecycle Management, or CPQ-related solutions, including product, pricing, quoting, and contract processes
- Experience designing and maintaining integrations with ERP or financial systems (NetSuite a strong plus)
- Solid understanding of the quote-to-cash process and revenue operations workflows
- Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices (e.g., Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset)
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II or CPQ Specialist preferred
- Strong communication skills—able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Bonus Points
- Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud or Advanced Approvals
- Familiarity with middleware/integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Celigo)
- Background in media, streaming, or SaaS environments
- Experience with data warehouse integrations (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery)
