Programmatic Business Development Manager
About the Job:
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This individual should be focused, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate critical thinking when making plans. A proven ability to execute specific strategies is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Explore the needs of DSPs, SSPs, ADXs, advertising agencies, platforms, and affiliates in the global market.
- Develop leads and maintain relationships with clients to ensure ongoing collaboration.
- Understand the company’s products and platforms, and work closely with internal teams to align product features and functions with business objectives.
- Ensure effective information flow to deliver business goals.
- Participate in optimization processes, data verification, and payment tracking to implement the overall sales plan.
- Provide valuable client feedback and insights to internal teams such as marketing, product, and technical departments.
- Represent TopOn at industry events, seminars, and meetings to enhance brand awareness.
- Collect and share cutting-edge industry insights.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in programmatic campaigns; a high KPI performance record is a plus.
- Fluent in English; business development experience in overseas markets is required. Multi-language proficiency is preferred.
