HelloFresh is seeking a Claims & Risk Analyst to our team! As a Claims & Risk Analyst, you will support day-to-day operations across claims, reporting, and insurance program administration. This role is focused on handling volume, maintaining data through dashboard reports, and ensuring timely intake and processing across risk management workflows.

You’ll play a key role in keeping the function running efficiently by owning intake, tracking, and routine follow-ups, while partnering closely with the broader risk management team on escalations and decision-making. You’ll gain exposure across many areas of risk management, from claims handling to analytics and insurance programs.

You will...

  • Manage claim intake end-to-end, including FNOL processing, initial review, severity assignment, and escalation identification
  • Monitor and support claims throughout the lifecycle by handling routine follow-ups, identifying aging or high-risk claims, and coordinating with adjusters to ensure timely progression
  • Prepare and support bi-weekly claim reviews, including compiling data, tracking action items, and maintaining TPA performance metrics
  • Build, maintain, and validate dashboards and reports across claims, trends, KPIs, and loss data to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Analyze claims data to identify trends, emerging risks, and recurring root causes, and partner with internal stakeholders to support action planning
  • Track Return-to-Work progression for injured workers, and compliance-related data, including audit support and timely updates across systems
  • Track and support subrogation and recovery efforts, including follow-ups on outstanding items and documentation
  • Assist with insurance program administration, including exposure data collection, renewal support, and submission preparation
  • Review claim files and collaborate with TPAs on reserve adequacy and claim strategy
  • Partner cross-functionally to gather required documentation and support efficient claim processing
  • Participate in regular calls with carriers, brokers, and TPAs to support claim oversight and program execution
  • Support additional risk management and claims-related tasks as needed

At a minimum, you have...

  • 2–3 years frisk management or insurance experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; will consider high school diploma with 2+ years of risk management or insurance related experience
  • ARM, CPCU, CRM, AIC or other risk/insurance designations preferred but not required
  • Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities; Power BI and/or RMIS experience is a plus
  • A proactive and self-motivated mindset and are highly responsive to meeting the needs of our internal and external customer
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, while effectively prioritizing tasks and managing time
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs, with a flexible approach to shifting priorities, processes, and responsibilities
