You work autonomously within established procedures to produce content for landing pages, digital ads, and external communications, ensuring all output is aligned with our brand voice and strategic priorities. Your main goal is to deliver clear, compelling, and compliant messaging that enhances user acquisition and brand protection across multiple regions.

What you'll actually do

Content Production and Execution

  • Write and edit clear, persuasive copy for diverse digital assets, including landing pages, banners, social media posts, and marketing emails.
  • Translate complex financial concepts and trading features into digestible, benefit-driven content for a global audience of traders.

Brand Voice and Protection Alignment

  • Ensure all written materials strictly adhere to Exness’s brand identity, tone of voice, and visual standards to maintain global consistency.
  • Self-audit copy to meet the division's top priority of brand protection, ensuring content is accurate, error-free, and professionally presented.

AI Search Optimization

  • Implement content strategies that are optimized for OpenAI search, ensuring Exness is discoverable and accurately evaluated by traders and regulators.
  • Integrate specific keywords and market insights into copy to align with how modern users search for and evaluate brokerage services.

Campaign Collaboration

  • Work closely with designers, motion designers, and marketing specialists from the initial brief to final campaign release.
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure messaging is engaging and clearly shows accurate product benefits.

Operational Efficiency and Compliance

  • Manage personal workflow and task deadlines within established project management procedures to ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets.
  • Identify and escalate potential issues in straightforward situations to the Head of Unit or Team Lead to ensure sound decision-making and operational continuity.

Who we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in copywriting, digital marketing, or SEO.
  • Must have approximately 2–3+ years of professional copywriting experience, ideally within a digital marketing or agency environment.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of styles and successful marketing campaign copy.
  • Experience in fintech, online brokerage, or financial services is a distinct advantage.
  • Proven track record of working autonomously and delivering high-quality results under strict deadlines.
  • Native-level or strong professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • Deep understanding of SEO principles and web-writing best practices.
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Miro, or Figma is an advantage.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high creative standards.
  • Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, multi-location team.
  • Openness to feedback and a fast-learning approach to evolving strategy and market trends.
  • Daily interaction with peers across the Design, Creative Content, and Social Media teams to ensure campaign alignment.
  • Regular communication with specialists, team leaders regarding task prioritization and performance standards.

What we offer along the way

  • Competitive salary and annual performance bonus
  • Full relocation support for you and your family — flights, housing, visas, and legal assistance included
  • Top-tier health insurance with full family coverage — medical, dental, vision, mental health — plus life insurance for peace of mind
  • Unlimited learning opportunities: external courses, English lessons, career and leadership development
  • Education allowance covering school and kindergarten fees
  • 21 working days of annual leave, plus public holidays and fully paid sick, maternity, and paternity leave
  • Employee appreciation program: branded gifts, birthday day-offs, celebration budgets for weddings, newborns, and milestones
