About the Role
As an Associate Account Manager, you will support the Senior Account Manager in managing a portfolio of payer Medicare and Medicaid clients. This is a client-facing, post-sale role focused on execution, coordination, and follow-through, helping to ensure a high-quality client experience and successful delivery of solutions. You will work closely with the Senior Account Manager and cross-functional partners—including implementation, product, analytics, finance, and legal—to keep accounts operating smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and takes pride in driving work through to completion with strong attention to detail. This role does not carry a net-new sales quota.
Key Responsibilities
Client Support & Relationship Coordination
Support the Senior Account Manager in maintaining day-to-day client relationships and client satisfaction
Participate in client meetings, capturing notes, tracking action items, and driving follow-ups to completion
Ensure timely, accurate communication with clients while operating in a support capacity
Client Implementation & Onboarding Support
Partner with Product and Implementation teams to support onboarding and deployment activities
Attend implementation and status calls and ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables
Track milestones, document updates, and follow up on open items to keep work progressing
Account Coordination & Execution
Support execution of account plans defined by the Senior Account Manager
Coordinate across internal teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope
Track dependencies, risks, and outstanding tasks, escalating when appropriate
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Support tracking of KPIs and account health metrics
Compile reporting, status updates, and performance summaries
Identify and flag risks, trends, or gaps to the Senior Account Manager
Assist in preparing client-facing materials, including account reviews and presentations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and follow-through across workstreams
Help organize and maintain clear communication across multiple teams and priorities
Client Advocacy & Feedback Loop
Gather and document client feedback
Share insights with the Senior Account Manager and internal partners to support continuous improvement
Revenue & Contract Support
Support contract tracking, renewals, and documentation processes
Track timelines and required actions
Partner with Finance and Legal teams to ensure accuracy and timely execution
Execution Excellence
Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure consistent follow-through to completion
Maintain strong organization across multiple priorities and deadlines
Deliver high-quality, detail-oriented work in a fast-paced environment
About You
You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and known for your ability to follow through and get things done. You are comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, managing multiple priorities, and delivering high-quality work under tight timelines. You are a strong collaborator who communicates clearly, stays proactive, and steps in to keep work moving forward. You are eager to grow your account management skills while contributing to a high-performing, team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
2–4 years’ experience in account management, client success, or a related role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and drive work to completion
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting healthcare clients or working in regulated environments
Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, or government payer programs
Experience with CRM systems and project management tools
Exposure to reporting, data tracking, or performance metrics
Work Location & Eligibility
One Pass Solutions, Inc. offers a flexible work environment. We operate as a hybrid company in the Minnesota–St. Paul Twin Cities area, where team members are expected to work in-office three days per week. We also support remote work across a number of U.S. states.
