Key Responsibilities
- Offer back office support for gaming-related inquiries from Polish-speaking customers through multiple communication channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and process improvements.
- Contribute to enhancing service quality by suggesting and implementing operational improvements.
- Stay informed on the latest gaming products, industry developments, and relevant regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to upgrade professional skills within the gaming sector.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support, back office, or administrative roles, preferably in the gaming industry.
- Excellent organizational skills and capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
