The Opportunity

A Berryville outpatient physical therapy office is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Director. This position offers $90,000-$120,000 per year and a consistent Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule.

Patients come to physical therapy looking for help they can trust. They may be recovering from surgery, working through pain, rebuilding strength, or trying to move comfortably again. As the Physical Therapist Director, you will help guide that process through strong clinical care and steady team leadership.

This role gives you the chance to remain hands-on with patients while also helping shape the clinic’s daily care standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial evaluations and reassessments
• Develop treatment plans based on patient needs and functional goals
• Treat patients with orthopedic, post-surgical, balance, strength, and mobility concerns
• Lead daily clinical operations and patient care coordination
• Support staff with treatment planning, workflow, and documentation
• Monitor patient outcomes and recommend care plan updates
• Ensure records meet documentation and compliance standards

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
• Outpatient physical therapy experience required
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or clinic management experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
• Clear communication skills and a steady leadership style
