Role Description
A full-time Physical Therapist position is available in Greenwood, MO within a modern outpatient orthopedic clinic. The role is designed for a clinician who can evaluate patients, create effective treatment plans, provide skilled therapy services, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
The clinic treats patients ages 11 to 90 and primarily serves individuals with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. The clinical team includes 2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants, with documentation completed through WebPT.
Employment Details
Location: Greenwood, MO
Position: Full-Time
Setting: Outpatient Orthopedics
EMR: WebPT
Patient Volume: 7–15 patients per day
Weekly Clinic Volume: Approximately 160–190 patient visits
Salary
- New Graduates: $65,000–$70,000 per year
- Experienced PTs: $80,000–$90,000 per year, based on years of experience
Work Schedule Preferences
The clinic offers flexibility and would strongly prefer one of the following schedules:
Option 1: Four 10-Hour Days
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- Tuesday off each week
Option 2: Monday–Friday
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, mobility training, balance activities, gait training, and functional movement programs
- Educate patients on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and safe activity progression
- Monitor patient response to treatment and update care plans when appropriate
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in WebPT
- Collaborate with PTAs and other clinical team members
- Communicate with patients, providers, and referral sources as needed
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
- Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain Missouri licensure
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based outpatient setting
