Opportunity Summary

We are hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for a modern outpatient orthopedic clinic in Raymore, MO. This role is focused on delivering effective physical therapy care to patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.

The clinic provides care to patients across a wide age range, from adolescents to older adults. The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing evaluations, building treatment plans, providing skilled interventions, educating patients, and working closely with a small clinical team.

This is a strong opportunity for a new graduate looking to begin their career in outpatient orthopedics, as well as an experienced Physical Therapist seeking a professional clinical setting with competitive compensation.

Compensation

New Graduate: $65,000–$70,000 annually
Experienced Physical Therapist: $80,000–$90,000 annually, based on years of experience

Schedule Options

The clinic offers flexibility and strongly prefers one of the following:

Four 10-Hour Days Preferred

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• Tuesday off each week

Monday–Friday Schedule

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Clinic Profile

• Patient Volume: 7–15 patients per day
• Clinic Volume: Approximately 160–190 patient visits per week
• Clinical Team: 2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants
• EMR System: WebPT
• Patient Age Range: 11 to 90 years old
• Insurance Plans Accepted: BCBS, UnitedHealthcare, Medicare, TRICARE, Humana, and Aetna

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and ongoing reassessments
• Create individualized plans of care based on diagnosis, function, and patient goals
• Treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions through appropriate physical therapy interventions
• Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance training, mobility work, and functional rehabilitation
• Educate patients on home programs, activity modification, and prevention strategies
• Track progress and update treatment plans as clinically indicated
• Complete documentation accurately in WebPT
• Work collaboratively with PTAs and clinical staff to maintain quality patient care

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
• Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain Missouri licensure
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based outpatient setting
