Full-Time Telehealth LCSW | Remote Clinical Social Worker – North Carolina

Job Summary

As a Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will provide virtual therapy to clients who need consistent mental health support from a licensed professional. The work is practical, structured, and focused on helping clients better understand their patterns, manage symptoms, and build healthier ways to respond to daily challenges.

This position involves a mix of direct client sessions, clinical documentation, treatment planning, and ongoing progress monitoring. You will support clients through secure video sessions while maintaining strong clinical standards and a professional remote care environment.

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day work may include:

• Conducting remote therapy sessions with clients in North Carolina
• Completing clinical intakes and reviewing client history
• Assessing mental health symptoms, stressors, risk factors, and treatment needs
• Writing treatment plans that reflect client goals and clinical priorities
• Providing therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, family issues, and life transitions
• Updating progress notes and treatment records through the EHR
• Adjusting clinical approach based on client response and progress
• Following proper procedures for crisis concerns or higher-risk situations
• Maintaining professional communication with clients and care teams when needed

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active and unrestricted LCSW license in North Carolina
• Previous experience providing therapy, counseling, or behavioral health services
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote setting
• Knowledge of ethical, legal, and confidentiality requirements in clinical care

Benefits

• Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
• Full-time remote position
• Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
