Senior Project Manager at COSMOTE Global Solutions NV

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead and manage strategic projects within COSMOTE Global Solutions NV, ensuring successful delivery in line with company goals and client expectations. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, managing teams, budgets, and timelines, while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, resources, and risks effectively to deliver quality outcomes on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation and status reports.
  • Coordinate change management activities and implement mitigation strategies to address project challenges.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize project delivery processes.
  • Phase 1: definition of a solution-agnostic Group Target Operating Model, capability set and use cases, leading to ERP tool selection.
  • Phase 2: translation of the approved TOM into contractual business requirements, leading to the selection of a system integrator and the establishment of a fixed-price contractual baseline.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or a related field
  • 8–10+ years of experience in large-scale transformation or ERP programmes
  • .Strong understanding of programme management and governance principles
  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years, typica ly 8–10+ years) in programme management support (PMO) within large scale transformationor ERP programmes
  • Experience in planning, coordination and tracking of complex programmes involving multiple stakeholders and streams
  • Experience in establishing and operating programme governance structures (e.g. SteerCo, reporting cycles, decision frameworks)
  • Experience supporting procurement and/or implementation phases of large programmes
  • Experience working in multi-stakeholder environments (business, IT, vendors)
  • Experience in programme governance, planning, reporting and coordination across multiple streams
  • Experience in ERP programmes (e.g. SAP, Oracle or equivalent) is a strong asset
  • Strong understanding of programme management best practices and tools
  • Experience in financial institutions or regulated environments is an asset
  • Programme management methodologies, governance frameworks and reporting practices
  • Planning and tracking tools and approaches (e.g. roadmaps, milestone tracking, dependency management)
  • Risk, issue and dependency management at programme level
  • Coordination of multi-stream programmes and cross-stream alignment mechanisms
  • Standard programme management tools, templates and processes
  • Strong analytical and structuring ski ls, with ability to consolidate complex information into clear programme-level views
  • Strong organisational and coordination ski ls, with ability to manage multiple streams and priorities
  • Ability to structure and drive programme governance and reporting processes
